1. Focal person to deal with government regulators/departments and develop business relationship with all government offices/stakeholders in POL business.
  2. Planning and developing a marketing strategy for the Company after coordination with all the departments and leading marketing agency.
  3. Implement & manage marketing campaigns on print, electronic and social media. Manage content across Attock Petroleum’s social media platforms including design & create engaging content for Attock Petroleum’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & X (Twitter)
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing & social media to ensure maximum engagement and reach
  5. Monitor & analyze the performance of content & campaigns using keyword tools and social media analytic tools including but not limited to Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, Meta Ads, Google Analytics & SEMrush
  6. Identify opportunities for growth within social media & digital marketing channels
  7. Prepare required budget for digital marketing/social media campaigns, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources
  8. Preparation and implementation of the strategy for standardization of the retail network.
  9. Enforcement of safety standards across the retail network.
  10. Development of Non Fuel Retail Business across the retail outlets of the network in collaboration with the leading food franchisees/brands.
  11. Training plan for the area executives/sales team about implementation of standards for operation’s and management of retail outlets and implementation of sales strategies.
  12. Make and implement comprehensive plans and trainings for the business partners for improvement in housekeeping and customer services across the retail network.
  13. Keep up to date with competitor activities & the industry trends to identify new opportunities & challenges.
  14. To assist departmental head for timely execution and completion of Company’s network development projects.
