3D Visualizer

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer with a strong background in both interior and exterior visualizations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona, and V-Ray, and possess a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D renders and visual representations of architectural projects that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for interior and exterior architectural projects.
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver design concepts.
Use SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona, and V-Ray to create photorealistic renderings, ensuring that lighting, materials, and textures are represented accurately.
Create both conceptual and detailed visualizations, including mood boards, materials selection, and lighting effects.
Participate in design reviews and provide creative input to enhance the visual appeal of the project.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all visualizations.
Continuously update the portfolio with completed projects to showcase the best work to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in architectural and interior design.
Expertise in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona, and V-Ray software.
Proven experience in producing high-quality interior and exterior renders.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, lighting, materials, and textures.
Ability to interpret design briefs and deliver creative, compelling visual representations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team and present ideas to clients.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually striking and realistic renders.
Portfolio demonstrating experience with the mentioned tools and expertise in interior and exterior visualizations is required.
