Product Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience and hold an MBA from a reputable institution. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for training sales teams, clients, and internal staff on the features, benefits, and uses of our products. You will play a key role in ensuring that our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and clients on the company's products, ensuring comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Design engaging training materials, including presentations, product manuals, and e-learning content.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different audiences.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with current product offerings.
Stay updated on new product developments, features, and industry trends to provide timely and relevant training.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to enhance product knowledge and improve performance.
Gather feedback from trainees and sales teams to identify areas of improvement in product training and sales strategies.
Work closely with the HR and management team to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in product-related industries.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training programs that cater to different learning styles.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other presentation tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
