We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to drive sales and ensure excellent customer service within our store. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Drive sales by effectively demonstrating product features and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product catalog, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in store merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales roles.
