- Develop and implement the annual marketing 360 strategy for social media, content, PR packages, and digital platforms, including all existing platforms and target platforms such as website blogs and LinkedIn.
- Create a content roadmap for the year, aligned with company objectives and audience insights.
- Conduct regular market research to develop new plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to guide the content calendar and approve the final plan.
- Brainstorm and prepare episode topics and themes for podcasts and videos, ensuring they align with brand messaging.
- Lead ideation sessions to ensure innovative and engaging content ideas.
- Assign tasks and deadlines to the social media manager and other relevant team members.
- Conduct detailed analytics on campaign performance across platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and guide the team for improved engagement and conversion.
- Report on KPIs monthly to the founder, offering recommendations for growth.
- Coordinate with the partnerships team to ensure inbound marketing strategies are executed effectively.
