The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective telesales techniques.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, database management, and other lead generation strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate requirements.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our company offerings, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and guide clients through the sales process.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving individual and team goals.

Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
