As a Customer Service Officer, Your primary responsibility will be to contact clients to ensure timely payment of their monthly installments, while providing outstanding customer service and assistance with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients via phone calls to remind them of upcoming installment payments for their purchased apartments.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns regarding payment schedules, payment methods, or other related inquiries.
  • Assist clients in setting up convenient payment arrangements if necessary, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment schedules, and any payment arrangements made.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance and sales to resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure payment has been received and provide confirmation and receipts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or collections preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow up on client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications for maintaining records and communicating with clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
