We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry & Admin Assistant to help manage daily operations, maintain records, and support our team with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be reliable, fast at typing, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.
Maintain and update customer and project records.
Organize digital files and documents.
Assist in handling emails, scheduling meetings, and making follow-up calls.
Coordinate with team members for daily updates and task tracking.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) – Bachelor’s preferred.
Good typing speed and command over MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
Basic understanding of admin tasks and record keeping.
Good written and verbal communication in Urdu and English.
Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
Prior experience in data entry/admin role is a plus.
