We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our web design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with clients to discuss project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to allocate tasks and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment among all team members.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of web design and development processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Candidates must have:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A laptop.
- A dedicated personal workspace.
Remote Work Monitoring
We use Time Doctor (screen-sharing software) to track work hours and maintain productivity.
Work Schedule
- Sundays: Always off.
- Saturdays: 2 Saturdays off per month, and 2 Saturdays on.
