HR Officer

KBK Electronics is a leading energy metering manufacturing company dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable solutions for utility and industrial clients. We are seeking a professional HR Officer to Join our Admin & HR department.

Responsibilities

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goal

Qualification Ceriteria:

BBA/MBA (HRM) Business Administration Preferably Human Resource major
3~4 years Experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in Manufacturing Industry
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS & ERP
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Ability to work effectively in a Team environment
Strong ethics and reliability providing assistance in Recruitment, performance management, employee data management and HR operations.

In its first year of operation, KBK Electronics entered into a Joint Venture with Hexing Electrical Group of China which is the first international Joint Venture for manufacture of Electricity Meters in Pakistan. KBK Electronics has set-up the most modern fully air-conditioned, dust proof and environmental friendly Electric / Electronic Meter manufacturing factory in the country which started manufacturing operations in the year 2003. KBK Electronics is capable of manufacturing diversified range of energy meters. Our skilled and motivated manufacturing team is our most valuable asset. Our workers, inspectors and testing technicians are well qualified and trained in manufacturing and electrical / electronics technology.
