Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the mineral grinding industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
Promote and present the company’s mineral grinding mill solutions to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial machinery, grinding mills, or mineral processing sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as required.
