Project Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to manage and oversee our new Workwear Project from inception to its successful implementation and ongoing operations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive the project's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning and launch to daily operations and sales growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction.
Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the workwear or related industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
