As part of our expansion, we are looking for a full-time, reliable, dedicated, and remote SEO Specialist (Search Engine Optimization Specialist); You will be part of an ethical organization with a start-up mentality that values you and only focuses on halal earnings. Thus, your job will be diverse but focus on creating value for the organization and its clients

Key Responsibilities

1) Optimize the website for local search results, focusing on strategies that cater to geographic relevancy.

2) Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

3) Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our website visibility and search engine rankings.

4) Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools. Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

5) Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually improve organic search performance. Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

6) Provide recommendations for website improvements, content optimization, and link-building strategies based on SEO analysis and data insights.

7) Schema Markup by Implementing and testing schema markup to help search engines understand the content context and enhance SERP displays.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in SEO.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment:

Full-time remote job
8 hours per day from 12 PM to 9 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
