Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content ideation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, and leverage insights to optimize strategy.
Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.
Keep abreast of industry news, trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with social media platform policies, guidelines, and algorithm updates, ensuring compliance and maximizing performance.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify our brand reach and connect with relevant audiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing brand presence.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation, with the ability to track and report on key social media metrics to drive decision-making.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, coupled with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with paid social advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
Certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is desirable.

Multi-marketing platform experience. E.g. Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, programmatic, DSPMulti

Skill experience: Analytics, Web advertising, App advertising, Product Management

For sub-skills look out for ASO, Performance marketing, MMP (Adjust/Appsflyer/others), SEO, Programmatic, DSPTeam player.

Experienced in managing big or small teams.Strategic, analytical, and takes initiative.
