Kistpay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Js Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, the developer focuses on building user interface components and implementing them using the React framework. You will collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to create seamless and high-performing web applications. With a strong proficiency in React, Redux, and Node.js, you will enhance and maintain our existing applications by ensuring a smooth user experience while adhering to coding standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a good grasp of modern JavaScript features and be dedicated to continuously improving their skills and knowledge in web development technologies. As this position does not require team management, you will work independently but closely integrate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities

Develop dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and other associated technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
Implement state management solutions using Redux and ensure optimal application performance.
Integrate RESTful APIs and web services to support application functionality and user interaction.
Test and debug applications to ensure reliability and performance, addressing any issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive edge.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with peers.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design decisions to improve scalability and performance of applications.
Document the development process, code changes, and application features to ensure maintainability.
