At KnowledgeCity, we seek a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging text and video content, managing posts, and interacting with our followers. Your efforts will shape and maintain a consistent brand image, aligning with our marketing objectives. As our Social Media Manager, you should be well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Strong communication skills and the ability to creatively represent Knowledge City’s voice are essential. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance our social media presence, drive high web traffic, and foster strong customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Research Benchmark Trends and Audience Preferences: Conduct thorough research on current benchmark trends and analyze audience preferences to inform our social media strategy.
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with business goals and drives engagement.
Set Objectives and Report on ROI: Establish specific objectives for social media efforts and regularly report on return on investment (ROI) to measure success.
Create and Share Engaging Content Daily: Generate, edit, and publish compelling content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news to engage the audience.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams for Brand Consistency: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Engage with Followers and Manage Customer Feedback: Communicate effectively with followers, respond promptly to queries, and monitor customer reviews to maintain positive engagement.
Oversee Social Media Account Design: Manage the design of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, and blog layouts, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
Implement New Features for Brand Awareness: Suggest and launch new features such as promotions and competitions to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.
Stay Current with Social Media and Design Trends: Stay current with the latest technologies, social media trends, and design tools to continuously enhance our social media presence.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Experience in Social Media Management: Demonstrated work experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Creative Content Production: Ability to deliver innovative and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos.
Knowledge of Online Marketing Channels: Familiarity with a wide range of online marketing channels, ensuring a holistic approach to digital strategy.
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and interaction with team members and audiences.
Analytical and Multitasking Abilities: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
Educational Background in Marketing or Related Field: Holds a BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles.
