We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in Business Administration or a related field is a plus).
