We are hiring a skilled and proactive CCTV Supervisor to oversee and maintain the security systems of our textile factory, including its premises and surrounding land. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern CCTV technologies, including IP-based systems, and a proven track record in managing and troubleshooting security systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate the CCTV system to ensure comprehensive security coverage within the factory and its surrounding areas.
Supervise the maintenance and functionality of IP-based and traditional CCTV systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment and software.
Conduct periodic inspections of cameras and security systems to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze recorded footage to investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports.
Collaborate with security personnel to enhance overall security measures.
Assist in the installation, upgrading, and configuration of CCTV systems and related software.
Maintain logs of all activities, incidents, and equipment servicing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing CCTV and security systems.
In-depth knowledge of the latest CCTV technologies, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related software.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills for CCTV and networking equipment.
Excellent observation and analytical skills.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Education: INTERMEDIATE/GRADUATION + CCTV DIPLOMA IN related field is preferred.
Familiarity with security protocols and procedures is a plus.
