- Supervise the on-site installation of solar panels and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications and plans, and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Conduct site assessments, review technical drawings, and troubleshoot issues during solar system installation and commissioning.
- Ensure that all installation work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution, while preparing and submitting detailed reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Support solar system commissioning, handle maintenance and performance issues, and train clients and staff.
