We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong language skills, excellent teaching abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and effective English language courses, tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
Create and implement innovative teaching materials and activities.
Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and trends.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the language training program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience as an English language teacher.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Preferred Skills:

Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or English as a Foreign Language (EFL).
Certification in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL).
Knowledge of various teaching methodologies and techniques.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
