Collect daily maintenance complaints from the marketing department, assign the task to contractors and area technicians, and take continuous follow-ups for preventive maintenance & complaints rectification against the annual maintenance contract.
Arrangements of spare parts for repair against complaints and maintaining minimum stock level every time.
Responsible for the cleaning and illumination of signage and retail outlets through approved vendors as per the recommendation of the marketing department.
Receive every incident with pictures of damaged company assets and launch insurance claims after getting approval from management.
Arrange quotations through the procurement section & follow up with suppliers for the repair/replacement of damaged assets after the issuance of purchase orders.
Schedule maintenance trucks with consultation of the Retail Sales Department for the cleaning and illumination of signage.
Clearance of contractor’s bills after verification (Cleaning and Annual Maintenance Contract)
Surprise visits to retail outlets for monitoring of cleaning and illumination work.
