The fuel card is a technology-based product, used as a mode of payment, for the purchase of fuel products from our retail network. It is based on cashless transactions with additional security tools.

Technical knowledge of the product and strong communication skills are necessary to sell the product in the highly competitive market

Achievement of the monthly targets given by the management
Number of new customers on-boarded (Upselling and Cross selling)
To process and close all tenders of different entities Government, semi-government, NGO’s, UN Missions, etc.
To ensure the payments have been timely cleared by the customers within the due date
Coordination, management, and resolution of day-to-day activities within the department and issues regarding customers and operations
To design and implement customer services-related sops on routine complaints and their resolution on the helpline and through assigned account managers.
Training of fillers at different retail outlets including COCO sites
Daily visits to tagged and potential clients, maintain visit reports, pipeline, and reporting
