The Educational Manager will play a critical role in promoting and supporting the company's educational development initiatives. This individual will visit schools, assess their needs, and implement educational programs to improve teaching standards, curriculum delivery, and student outcomes. The role involves collaboration with school management, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision for educational development.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Visits and Assessments

  • Conduct regular visits to partner schools to assess educational practices, infrastructure, and student performance.
  • Collaborate with school management to identify areas for improvement in teaching and administration.
  • Develop detailed assessment reports and provide actionable recommendations to schools.

2. Program Development and Implementation

  • Design and implement educational programs to enhance teaching methods, curriculum delivery, and student engagement.
  • Organize and conduct teacher training workshops, focusing on modern teaching methodologies and classroom management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs and suggest adjustments as needed.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and schools, ensuring open communication and alignment of goals.
  • Represent the company at educational events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

4. Data Collection and Reporting

  • Gather data on school performance, teacher development, and student outcomes to track progress.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the impact of educational initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on program outcomes and challenges.

5. Training and Capacity Building

  • Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for teachers, focusing on specific subject areas or skills.
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of individual schools.
  • Support teachers in integrating technology and innovative practices into their teaching.

6. Strategic Planning and Development

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s educational strategy and long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships with new schools and educational organizations.
  • Stay updated on educational trends and policies to inform program development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of schools visited per month.
  • Quality and timeliness of school assessment reports.
  • Number of teacher training sessions conducted.
  • Improvement in school performance metrics (e.g., student outcomes, teacher feedback)
  • Successful implementation and impact of educational programs.
  • Feedback from school management and teachers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in educational program development, teacher training, or school management.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Ms Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational frameworks.

Soft Skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Other: Ability to travel frequently to various schools.
