Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, effectively presenting final expense insurance options tailored to their needs.
Lead Management: Utilize provided leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of policy benefits.
Closing Sales: Utilize persuasive techniques and strong closing skills to finalize sales, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, maintaining high standards of performance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and company policies to enhance sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to share insights and improve overall sales processes.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an outbound call center environment, specifically in final expense sales.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in closing sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and ethical sales practices.
