Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other resources to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
