Live Support, a global leader in customer support services, is hiring Full-Time Customer Support Executives to join our on-site team in Lahore, Pakistan.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients.

You will support them in using our platform, answer inquiries, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize their cold email marketing efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of cold email marketing strategies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle client calls and emails with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct virtual training, explain platform features, and assist with campaign setup.
Client Support: Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations for better performance.
Campaign Optimization: Offer expert advice on email templates, targeting, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in cold email marketing, outreach tools, and B2B SaaS customer service.
Proficiency in Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRMs, support ticketing, and performance analytics.
Background in sales outreach or campaign strategy is a plus.
