We are seeking passionate individuals to join its dynamic Client Success Department.

Location: Lahore, Gulberg 3, Lahore (Not a remote job) Mon-Fri 6pm - 3am

Responsibilities:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Demonstrate exceptional sales and client success management skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
Provide excellent communication and support, demonstrating proficiency in phone interactions.
Adaptability to work night shifts

Qualifications:

2 - 3 years of demonstrated sales experience with client success management, preferably in the US market.
Proficiency in English communication and a proven track record of successful client engagement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting targets and objectives.
Ambitious and driven individual seeking a long-term role for personal and professional growth.
