LOLC Microfinance Bank is seeking an Assistant to the Company Secretariate who will play a critical role in supporting the Company Secretary. In this role, the Assistant will actively engage in stakeholder communications, coordinating essential documentation, and ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Law. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care. The position does not involve managing a team, allowing the Assistant to focus on executing essential support tasks effectively and efficiently.
