Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our telesales team. As our inaugural Telesales Representative, you’ll be responsible for initiating customer outreach, nurturing provided leads, and driving sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping our sales approach and building a team from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients from our provided leads list
- Educate prospects on our ongoing real estate projects and their benefits
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and sales progress
- Work closely with leadership to develop strategies for growing the telesales function
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
- Resilience in handling rejections and persistent follow-up skills
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to be part of a growing startup environment
