Manager Finance

As the Manager of Finance at Lucky Cement Limited, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Your expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance will be essential as you lead a team of four finance professionals, driving efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes. You will be responsible for developing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, and implementing process improvements that align with the organizational goals. Your strong command of IFRS and taxation laws will guide your decision-making and support the overall financial health of the company, enabling Lucky Cement Limited to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Responsibilities

Manage financial closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure compliance with IFRS and policies.
Consolidate financial statements and validate journal entries and reconciliations.
Monitor changes in accounting standards, ensuring timely adoption and application.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and applicable
standards in Pakistan.
Oversee monthly tax closing and ensure accurate reporting, calculation, and remittance of taxes.
Resolve tax-related issues in coordination with stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a financial reporting team, fostering growth and accountability.
Collaborate with auditors, legal teams, and external consultants during audits.
Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and digital tools.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful deployment of automation solutions.
Strengthen internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Provide management with meaningful analysis of financial results, highlighting trends and potential areas of concern.

Qualification : CA qualified, ACCA qualified.
