This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive product knowledge. While this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a critical part in maintaining the quality of service that our customers expect and deserve. We require candidates who can work independently and contribute positively to our collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Accurately data record all proforma invoices and shipment details in the company systems.
Utilize various software applications to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.
Assure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed swiftly.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the companys products and services to provide informed assistance.
Train and mentor new team members on customer service best practices (if and when needed).
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes based on customer needs.
