You’ll work on producing high-quality, engaging videos for various platforms, especially focusing on creating dynamic, eye-catching reels and videos that capture the audience's attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing with Visual Effects: Edit raw footage and apply visual effects to create high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and websites.
- Reel Creation: Develop short-form content, such as Instagram and Facebook Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, that are visually engaging and aligned with trending styles.
- Creative Editing: Use transitions, animations, sound effects, and other visual techniques to make videos more engaging and impactful.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and ensure that video content meets branding, messaging, and aesthetic requirements.
- Content Optimization: Edit videos for specific platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing content to maximize engagement and reach.
- Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate client or internal feedback into revisions and make necessary adjustments to deliver the final product on time.
- File Management: Maintain organized video files, assets, and project timelines to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of content.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or any related field.
- Experience: Fresher with up to 1 year of experience in video editing (internship or freelance work is also considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Visual Effects Knowledge: Ability to apply visual effects, transitions, and animations that enhance video content and make it stand out.
- Creative Mindset: Strong creative vision, with the ability to produce eye-catching and innovative video content that aligns with current trends and audience preferences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that videos are polished, high-quality, and free of errors.
- Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
