Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure the timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Manage and track import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and procurement schedules.
- Work with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle communication with vendors and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and reporting supply chain KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the textiles industry.
- Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
