We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Student Admission and Documents Guidance Officer to join our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries related to admissions and providing comprehensive document guidance to students aspiring to study in Europe. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping students navigate the complexities of international education.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Provide detailed information about European universities, courses, and admission requirements.
Assist students with the preparation and submission of application documents.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of student documents.
Guide students through the visa application process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission criteria and application deadlines for various European institutions.
Conduct informational sessions and workshops for prospective students.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
Previous experience in educational consultancy, admissions, or student services is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of European education systems and admission processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
