We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager of Administration and Security to oversee the administrative and security functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative systems, managing security protocols, and providing exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management: Oversee the administration of the organization, including facilities management, mail services, and records management.
2. Security Management: Develop, implement, and manage security protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and organizational assets.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization, including physical, financial, and reputational risks.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage administrative and security budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial policies.
6. Team Management: Supervise and manage administrative and security staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
7. Communication: Foster effective communication with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
8. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring business continuity in the event of disruptions.
9. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administration, security, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and risk management.
4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of administrative and security best practices, with experience in managing teams and developing policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications: Certifications in security management, risk management, or a related field are desirable.
2. Industry experience: Experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred.
3. Advanced degree: An advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
