We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative for our Karachi Division at Markov International, dedicated to our UAE campaign for Du Telecom services.
This role involves engaging with customers to provide sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Sales Representative will also promote products or services, process orders, and help achieve sales targets.

Key Details

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:30 pm

Salary: Market competitive, starting from PKR 30,000 + bonuses

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fresh or experienced in customer service, sales, or related field
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
