The ERP Accounts Software Operator is responsible for managing and operating the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to handle financial and accounting operations. The operator will ensure that all accounting transactions, data entries, and financial reports are accurately recorded and maintained in the ERP system. This role demands strong attention to detail, accounting knowledge, and proficiency with ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management: Operate and manage the company’s ERP system for accounting and financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and inventory modules.
Data Entry: Accurately input all financial data, including invoices, purchase orders, receipts, payments, and journal entries into the ERP system.
Financial Reporting: Generate and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data, including bank reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
Auditing Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing required financial data and reports from the ERP system.
Compliance: Ensure all accounting records and transactions are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve ERP system issues related to accounting and financial processes, coordinating with IT support when necessary.
Training: Provide training and support to other team members on using the ERP software for accounting-related tasks.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and records of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization in accounting operations through better use of ERP features.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience operating ERP software in a financial or accounting role.
ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with popular ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to handle complex data with high levels of accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with different departments.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving system-related issues and improving accounting processes.
Confidentiality: High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
