We are seeking a Development Manager with expertise in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development, enhancing manufacturing processes, and expanding market opportunities. This role requires technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and engineering solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or related field).
5+ years of experience in engineering, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of materials, coatings, and manufacturing methods.
Proficiency in CAD software, and quality control tools.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in dealing with automotive OEMs and tier-1 suppliers WILL BE A BONUS.
