The Front Desk personnel will be responsible for managing a team of 10 individuals, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining a welcoming environment. Attention to detail and time management are essential, as the Front Desk is crucial in creating a positive experience for clients while addressing their inquiries and needs promptly. This position demands a patient and approachable demeanor, as well as familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance client relations.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a team of 10 front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support for daily operations.
Oversee the front desk schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for peak hours and effective workflow.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing information about services, bank products, and account-related questions.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software for tracking purposes.
Monitor the organization's appearance, keeping the front desk and lobby areas organized and professional.
Coordinate communication between clients and various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping inventory of supplies.
