We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our branch office. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and office supplies.
Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
Greet visitors and address customer inquiries.
Support staff and coordinate with the main office
