We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations for Outpatient Clinics/Healthcare Facilities in the US. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and tracking all incoming and outgoing transactions. The ideal candidate should be familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, have strong organizational skills, and possess experience working with healthcare or service-based businesses (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss reports
Record and categorize all incoming deposits and outgoing expenses
Reconcile bank accounts and financial records
Pay invoices on time and maintain vendor records
Maintain and update financial data and documentation
Coordinate with company operations, executive team and shareholders for financial planning
Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Communicate regularly through email, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meets, etc

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar role (1-year minimum)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, or similar software and platforms
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards is a plus
