We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team in Karachi. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations within the city, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for all riders. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, excellent knowledge of Karachi’s streets and routes, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect passengers from designated pickup points and transport them to their desired destinations in Karachi
Ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all passengers, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
Provide excellent customer service, responding to passengers’ queries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the taxi, including regular washing and minor repairs
Keep accurate records of fares, trips, and maintenance activities
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or defects to the supervisor
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and payment processing
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driving License (CDL) with a good driving record
Excellent knowledge of Karachi’s streets, routes, and traffic patterns
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely and efficient manner
Physical fitness and ability to lift and maneuver luggage and passengers
Basic knowledge of Urdu and English language
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Taxi Driver or in a related field
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and electronic payment systems
Basic computer skills and ability to use a mobile app for trip tracking and customer communication
Knowledge of first aid and basic emergency procedures

Working Conditions:

The Taxi Driver will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent exposure to traffic and weather conditions
The role requires regular travel within Karachi, including evening and weekend shifts
The driver will be required to work independently, with occasional supervision and support from the dispatch team
