1st Month: Call Center

Induction – overview of flydubai and its operations in Pakistan
Develop Reservations/Ticketing knowledge and understand regulatory and airline requirements.
Airline System Policy and Procedures
Customer Service
Discipline of Action

2nd - 4th Month: Sales & Marketing Support

Develop functional skills on Pricing strategy.
Develop Marketing skills for B2B and B2C
Training in addressing complaints, and service recovery.
Compliance management

5th - 6th Month: Sales Management & Business Acumen

Develop skills to understand various segments in the market.
Develop skills to engage trade/ consumer contribution.
Develop critical thinking on addressing business issues.
Sales Call visits to Corporate / Trade Partners with experienced Sales personnel
Supervisory opportunity

7th - 12th Month - Commercial Placement

Candidates will be placed in a selected section for 6months to gain experience.
Identify for confirmation and placement section.
