We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in sales and be enthusiastic about working in a night shift environment. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with potential customers, and achieving targets across multiple campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell our products/services.
Campaign Selection: Choose from a range of available campaigns tailored to different market segments, based on your expertise and interests.
Sales Goals: Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center or direct sales environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and present information clearly and persuasively.
Flexibility: Availability to work night shifts and handle multiple campaigns.
Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new campaigns and sales strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Duration: 7 days
