We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a basic understanding of software development who are eager to learn and grow within a technology-driven company. The successful candidate will assist in developing software applications and supporting project teams while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications based on project requirements.
- Participate in coding, testing, and debugging activities under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and contribute to design discussions.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Engage in learning opportunities and on-the-job training to enhance technical skills.
Requirements:
- Intermediate qualification (12th grade) with a relevant IT-related degree or certification.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience through internships or personal projects related to software development.
- Basic understanding of Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
