You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing expert advice on various immigration programs. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the immigration process and generating sales opportunities for our high-value services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation and Sales: Meet with potential clients to assess their eligibility for various immigration programs (business, skilled migration, family, visit visas, etc.) and offer tailored solutions.

  • Sales Results: Ensure growing sales i.e. convert queries into successfully registered clients for immigration services with sales, negotiation and follow up skills.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services.

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively engage with new leads via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins, ensuring a high conversion rate for new business opportunities.

  • Case Management: Handle administrative tasks related to client cases, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the operations team.

  • Social Media & Digital Engagement: Respond to client queries on social media, emails, and other online platforms, ensuring that our brand maintains a strong presence.

  • Client Meetings: Schedule, organize, and conduct client meetings, both in person and online, to provide consultations and close deals.

  • Reporting & Accountability: Submit regular reports on KPIs such as leads generated, consultations scheduled, cases closed, and overall client satisfaction. Meet monthly and weekly sales targets as set by management.

  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the casework team (Lahore office and freelancers) to ensure timely and accurate processing of immigration applications.
