As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's human resources functions. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective recruitment, retention, and development of a talented and diverse workforce. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Conduct interviews, select qualified candidates, and manage the onboarding process. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives. Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR-related matters.
Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to supervisors.Work with managers to establish clear performance expectations and objectives. Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure benefits compliance. Manage leaves of absence and accommodation requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
Training and Development:Identify training and development needs across the organization.Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Plan and execute HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy. Monitor key HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
