We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our growing dispatching company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with carriers, presenting our services, and convincing them to partner with us for their dispatching needs. Candidates with prior experience as a cold caller or sales agent in a dispatch company are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact carriers via phone to introduce and explain the benefits of partnering with our company.
- Effectively communicate our dispatching services and value propositions.
- Address carrier concerns, answer questions, and provide detailed service information.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Maintain an organized record of calls, carrier feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new carrier partners.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Previous experience as a cold caller or sales agent in a dispatch company is highly desirable.
- Ability to confidently handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry, dispatching, or carrier operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently with a results-driven mindset.
