Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure the design and user experience align with Minute Marketing\'s brand and product strategy.
- Utilize Jira to manage and track design tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for consistent user experience across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
