You will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads to support the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by identifying potential clients, gathering accurate data, and developing strategies to engage with these leads. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms, social media, and databases.
  • Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate information on potential leads, including contact information, company details, and potential needs.
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone, and other communication channels to introduce the company’s products or services.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads based on established criteria to determine their potential for conversion.
  • CRM Management: Enter and manage lead data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new lead generation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific industry related to your company.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
